Tennis tournament software for club championships and knockouts.

Entries, a seeded draw, matches players arrange themselves, and finals day on the clubhouse TV.

Every tennis club runs a club championship: men’s, women’s and mixed, singles and doubles, a draw on the noticeboard and a finals day at the end of summer. Rallio takes the entries, seeds the draw, lets players arrange and score their own matches, and shows the bracket to the whole club.

Tennis tournaments in Rallio

Built for how tennis clubs run them.

Every event in one place

Run each event as its own competition: men’s and women’s singles, doubles and mixed, from 2 to 128 players or pairs. Players enter themselves from a link, and doubles players pick a partner or send them a link to fill the spot.

Seeded from ratings

Use your club’s Red, Orange and Green bands, or players’ World Tennis Number or UTR. Seeds 1 and 2 go in opposite halves, the top seeds get any byes, and you can pin a player by hand and check the first round before you publish.

Handicap events

Turn on handicaps and each entry gets a start from its players’ levels, in tennis terms: scratch, −15, −30, −40. Both sides see their own start and only the difference is played. Move a player’s band to adjust it.

Play-by dates and finals day

Give each round a play-by date and a match past it shows as overdue. On finals day, open the live board link on the clubhouse TV: the round in play, every score, then the champion, with a QR code to join the club.

Chat, safeguarding and privacy

Players talk in the app. Juniors stay protected.

Chat in the app, not another WhatsApp group

Switch on Player chat for a ladder, competition or box league and every game gets its own chat, with only the players in that game in it. The game sits pinned at the top with its next step: accept, add the date, enter the score. Players without chat in the app get their messages by email.

Juniors kept safe

A manager marks a player as a junior at your club. Juniors only chat where everyone in the activity is a junior, so a junior never chats with an adult. A junior’s mobile number isn’t shown to other players, and a game with a junior in it stays inside Rallio, with no WhatsApp prompt.

Report, block and moderate

Any player can report a message, and the activity’s managers see that one message and who reported it. Managers can’t read chats otherwise. Players can block someone, and chats close the day after the game and are deleted 30 days later.

Privacy under UK GDPR

Player data is stored in the EU, never sold and never used for advertising. Club standings are visible to members only, not the open web. Sign-in is by emailed code, with no passwords to leak, and players can delete their account themselves at any time.

Read the privacy policy or the safeguarding and privacy questions.

Tennis tournaments: questions

Yes. Share the competition’s join link and players enter from it. In doubles they choose a partner, or enter and send their partner a link that fills their spot.
