How do I find a game?

Post an open game — singles or doubles, whenever suits you — and it goes in the group feed. Set a minimum rank or gender preference if you want, then pick from the players who request to join. Everyone gets a push when the game is on. Spotted someone else’s game instead? Request to join it in one tap.

How do ladder challenges work?

Challenge anyone within range of your position. You agree a time (their availability is shown, and your club’s court booking link is one tap away if it’s set up), play, and submit the score. The other player confirms and the ladder reorders itself.

How do box leagues work for me?

Accepted Answer

You’re placed in a small box of players around your level. Within the window you arrange a game against everyone in your box — propose days and times in-app — and post the result when you’ve played; your opponent confirms it. Points come from playing: a win scores most, taking a set off the winner scores, and just getting the game played scores too. When the window closes you move up or down a box.

Will I know when something happens?

Yes. The notification bell — plus push and email if you opt in — covers the moments that matter: a game you joined fills up, your matchups go live, you’re promoted off the reserve list, someone challenges you, or a score needs your confirmation.

Yes. One account works across every group and club you belong to, and your results and rankings are gathered in one profile across all of them.

How do I set up a group?

Create an account, give your group a name and pick the sport you play. That's it — you're the manager. You can invite the rest of the group afterwards. Setup takes about a minute.

How do I set up my first activity?

The onboarding wizard does it for you. When you create your group, the same flow walks you through your first mixer or ladder — date, court count, capacity, any rank or gender rules — and ends with a shareable link. After that, new activities are a couple of taps from your group page.

Two options. Add players by name and email — they'll get a one-tap invitation. Or share the group's join link in WhatsApp; the first tap lets them claim a profile in the web app, or they can pick up the iOS / Android app.

We don’t have a home venue — does Rallio still work?

That’s exactly what it’s for. Rallio acts as your group’s virtual notice board: games get posted and filled in the app, and the playing happens at whichever venue you can book — leisure centres, schools, several different clubs. Ladders, competitions and box leagues carry on virtually between meet-ups.

How do I run a mixer?

Open signups, let players add themselves to the list, then hit Draft courts when you’re ready. Rallio generates balanced pairings honouring rank and gender rules. You can drag-and-drop to tweak before the session goes live.

The first player on the reserve list is promoted automatically and gets a push telling them they’re in. No frantic messages, no half-empty courts.

Create the ladder (singles or doubles, gender, ranking window). Players join, then challenge each other in their range. They agree a court time, play, and submit the score. Rallio reorders the ladder automatically. Pending challenges, disputes and expiry are handled for you.

Create the comp (sport, format, draw size, rank limits). Players self-enter, then close entries and Publish draw to generate a seeded bracket with byes. Record results as matches finish; winners advance automatically. The public bracket link is shareable with anyone.

Create the league, share the join link, and seed the signups into boxes by level. Open the window and the players take over — arranging games, posting results, confirming each other’s scores while the standings update live. When the window closes, Rallio suggests who’s promoted and who’s relegated; you confirm or override, and the next window is seeded in minutes.

No — it sits alongside it. Add your booking URL once and it’s deep-linked from every challenge and game-arranging flow, whatever system you’re on. Rallio handles the people side; your existing tool handles the courts.

Per-section ClubAdmin roles: your tennis captain runs tennis, your padel captain runs padel, each with their own approvals queue for new members. One super-admin per club for the umbrella decisions.
